Booking Confirmations
Kindly verify that the registrations have been done, either for live or on-demand. A confirmation mail will be sent to you as an acknowledgement from Graviton Events or Payment Partner such as Eventbrite / Paypal. If
you do not receive the conformation mail, check your junk mailbox or contact us through info@gravitonevents.org
Program, Date and Venue
Due to unexpected reasons, the venue (or) date for the program could be changed from the place (or) date already decided. Graviton Events hereby confirms its right to change the venues, dates and its speakers when necessary. All changes will be updated in our website. It's participants responsibility to visit our website for any updates.
Cancellation by Event Sponsor / Exhibitor
The cancellation fees will be collected as follows for any event cancellation by Event Sponsor / Exhibitor due to any reasons. A written notice with a valid reason should be given for all cancellations.
3 months before the event – 100% of booking total as cancellation fee
3-6 months before the event – 75% of booking total as cancellation fee
6 months or longer before the event – 50% of booking total as cancellation fee
Cancellation by Delegate
The conference fee is non-refundable. We can least assure you that upon cancellation of your registration, another person within your organization can avail the registration made by you at no charge.
For more than one change, An administrative fee of £100 + VAT will be charged.
Cancellation by Graviton Events
Graviton Events might have to cancel the event if there are fewer attendees or other reasons. The information will be passed to you at least 4 weeks prior to the event you have registered. In this case, we will refund
the full registration fee anyhow; we cannot take responsibility for your accommodation and travelling or any consequential charges.
No Endorsement
Please ensure that the selection of content to be presented at the Graviton events and conferences, conference speakers or companies embodied at the event do not represent support for any platform, technology, intellectual
property (IP) by Graviton Events.
Speakers / Presenters Policy
All our Speakers / Presenters who agree to participate in our event should submit the presentations in both PDF/ Power Point files on or before the specified date to check the compatibility in our systems and all the Presentations will be made available to the participants through secured login access. Patents Pending or Sensitive Information in the presentation should be removed by Speakers/ Presenters before submission. Graviton Events Limited does not hold any responsibility on the content. Any Special Request by the Speaker/ Presenter should be discussed and approved atleast 3 months before the event.
Event Attendance
Graviton Events Limited and its subsidiaries (We) are Global Marketers & Platform Providers for Knowledge Sharing, Business Networking and Brand Promotion. We can only anticipate the number of audience attending the event. Graviton Events Limited and its subsidiaries will not be responsible for any cancellations by attendees and decrease in event attendance due to any reason than the anticipated numbers given and no refunds of delegate or exhibitor or Sponsor fees can be offered under these conditions.
Payment
All Invoices raised should be paid in full before due date. If not paid after due date and reminders, will be transferred to the Debt Collection Department to collect the dues. Invoice Cancellation fee after the due date will be 150% + Debt Collection fees.
Payment has to be made aforementioned dates from the event. Emissaries who have not made the payment will be asked to provide a credit card guarantee for reference at the registration desk.
Payments received beyond our agreed credit terms will be subject to an interest charge of 8% above the bank rate on the entire amount including any VAT, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1198. We also reserve the right to charge an additional fixed amount of £100 + VAT to cover our administration costs.
EventBrite or PayPal payment gateways are used for all the Online orders. The transaction is encrypted with a 128 bit encryption. It is decrypted only when the notification is received on the computer. They are not used as
clear text on any website. VAT will be included for all payments at the prevailing rate. The VAT Number for Graviton Events Limited is

Data Protection
Your details will be saved in our database for contacting you about the future events and promotions. If you do not wish to have your
name in the database, please notify your issue to the Database Department (info@gravitonevents.org). They will ensure you that your
details have been removed after you attend an event as a delegate.

Duplication and Recording
Any sort of recording the sessions such as video recording, audiotaping and photography is strictly prohibited. Copies and photographs of the slides presented cannot be taken without a written permission from the
presenter. Violators will lose their badges if found infracting this rule.
Use of audio, photo and video material
I grant permission to Graviton Events. and its agents or employees to use photographs and/or video and audio taken of me at the event. These images may be used in educational and documentary materials both printed and online. Furthermore, I authorize the use of my image, likeness,and voice for all program promotion, materials, and any other purposes in
connection with the program deemed appropriate and necessary by Graviton Events Limited, UK.
I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Graviton Events Ltd. and its agents or employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via
electronic media, or on Web sites, from any claim, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs/video, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution.
Liability Waiver
I, as a conference participant, agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking such participation in Graviton Events Limited events and activities of my own free will. I hereby assume all risks of personal injury and/or other loss or damage arising out of or in any way associated with my participation in this event. I release to the fullest extent permitted by law, Graviton Events. and any of its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or other representatives, successors, assigns, and all others acting on their behalf (collectively referred to herein as the "Released Parties") from any and all responsibilities, claims, expenses, personal injury, wrongful death or liability for injuries or
damages of any kind resulting from or in any way arising out of my participation in any event organized by Graviton Events Limited.
Graviton Events Limited is not responsible for travel disruptions due to fire, flood, volcano, acts of God or terrorism which may affect travel to/from a Graviton Events Ltd event and no refunds of delegate or exhibitor fees can be offered under these conditions.
I also agree to hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending such claims directly or indirectly resulting from, or in any way arising out of or related to my participation in a Graviton Events Ltd events
and conferences. I acknowledge that my participation in this event is expressly conditioned on my agreeing to the foregoing. This contract is prepared subject to English Law.
Where relevant by conference location, the words Graviton Events Limited are replaced by: Graviton Events, Graviton International, Biosimilars Europe Congress, Pharmacovigilance Europe, Orphan Europe, Molecular Diagnostics World Summit.
