Conferences that take place in the UK are subject to UK VAT as they are classed under VAT legislation as 'services' and therefore VAT is chargeable at source. Overseas or International or EU delegates must pay the
VAT charged on their invoice initially but may be able to claim this back from the UK VAT office.
A VISA Letter will be issued on request for Registered Delegates only (Full Registration fees Paid). Please Contact the Graviton International Team on

You can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company free of charge, up to 10days prior to the conference, by calling the Graviton International

In situations where you can’t find any substituteplease email us at info@gravitonevents.org
before 10 days prior to the event, we will issue a credit voucher for the amount paid which can be redeemed within a year in one of our International Conference Series.
Conference fee includes access to all the presentations, entry into the exhibition and Networking Reception. Also includes delegate bag,
lunch and refreshments provided for 2 days of conference.
